Having reached the landmark age of 50 some years ago I sat down with some of my peers and discussed how we felt compare to thirty years past.

Conclusion was, we all still felt young inside but our bodies had started to betray those youthful feelings!

Amongst we had a multitude of health issues!

Over-weight, bad sleep, joint pains (particularly the golfers!), Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, one had survived cancer! The list just kept getting long and longer!

So I took the initiative to help my friends and myself to find all natural supplements to support our health.
